Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge and without obligation. Estimates are based on the information provided at the time of assessment. Final pricing may differ if property conditions have changed or additional services are requested.

Scheduling and Cancellation

We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred scheduling. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Weather-related delays may require rescheduling, and we will work with you to find the earliest available time.

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address any areas of concern at no additional charge.

Property Access and Preparation

To provide our services, we may need:

• Access to your property, including yard areas and exterior surfaces
• Access to an outdoor water source (exterior spigot)
• Vehicles and outdoor furniture to be moved from work areas when possible
• Windows and doors to be closed during service

Liability and Insurance

Johnston Pressure Washing maintains general liability insurance for your protection. While we take every precaution to prevent damage, please notify us of any fragile items, loose fixtures, or areas of concern before work begins.

We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to surfaces or structures
• Damage caused by previously deteriorated materials
• Items left in work areas that were not disclosed prior to service
• Staining or discoloration that cannot be removed due to surface damage

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payment by check, cash, or electronic payment methods.
